Refund And Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is only supported within 15 days of your receipt of goods. If more than 15 days have passed since you received the goods, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

We will determine the colour, size and function of the product with you at the time of purchase and ship the product after making sure it is correct. So because of the above problems, we will not accept returns and refunds.In addition, if you have already installed and used the product, or have damaged the original box, we will likewise not accept returns and full refunds.

If you have fulfilled the conditions of return, please do not return it to the original shipping address, you must get in touch with us by email and it needs to be shipped to the new shipping address and recipient provided by us. Refunds

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
